About CenterPath Wellness:
CenterPath Wellness is a 501(c)3, not-for-profit community mental health clinic in Plainfield, NJ providing mental health, addiction, and wellness services to children and adults throughout New Jersey. Our staff members have been providing compassion, clinical expertise, and commitment in New Jersey since 1944, offering both in-person and telehealth options. Annually, CenterPath Wellness helps over 800 individuals each year reach goals on their wellness journet.
