DAE’QUAWN LANDRUM, PHD, LPC, LCADC, NCC, ACS
Dr. Dae’Quawn Landrum is a credentialed professional counselor holding licenses in both professional counseling and clinical addiction counseling. He holds a PhD in Counseling. Dr. Landrum is a nationally certified counselor and an approved clinical supervisor. He has practiced in various mental health settings including outpatient, inpatient, jails, and community mental health clinics. Dr. Landrum’s scholarly pursuits concentrate on the intersections of the LGBT+ community, counselor competence, Black men’s mental health and wellbeing, and issues of intersectionality. He has published research in peer-reviewed journal articles and textbooks. Dr. Landrum demonstrates a dedicated commitment to the advancement of accessible mental healthcare and the facilitation of meaningful connections between individuals and mental health services.

REGINA CHARLES, LPC, ACS
Regina Charles, LPC, ACS, has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and is dedicated to providing quality mental health services to minority groups and underserved populations. She has a deep commitment to supporting at-risk adolescents, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead stable, meaningful lives. Regina’s passion for serving these communities drives her continued efforts to ensure that accessible, impactful mental health services is available to those who need it most, aligning with her belief in fulfilling her purpose through service.

CATHY D’URSO, MA, LPC
Cathy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, Certified Relationship Coach, skilled Couples Therapist (Gottman Method Level 1), and certified in HeartMath. Cathy received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Kean University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Pace University, Bachelor of Science with Psychology Minor from Seton Hall University, and is a professional member of the American Counseling Association.
RASHIDAH JENIOUS, LAC
Rashidah comes from a successful background in non-profit community management. She has worked over 20 years helping individuals manage their mental health needs. Rashidah is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), with a double Masters, the first in Forensics which she earned in 2010, the second in Counseling Psychology which she earned in 2015 from the prestigious John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Rashidah specializes in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a type of cognitive behavioral therapy to identify and change negative thinking patterns and push for positive behavioral changes.
MARIA DODDS, MS, LAC
Maria is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University. Maria is a therapist fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, who provides services to individuals with a range of diagnoses. Before joining the team, Maria worked for six years at a community mental health agency providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with addiction and mental health struggles, assisting them to recover and live life to their full potential.
NATASHA COOK, LPN
Natasha is a licensed practical nurse with 13 years of experience in community, psychiatric and long-term care nursing. Nastasha completed her Associates Program at Axia University and in 2009 graduated from Lincoln Technical Institue School of Nursing. She has been at CenterPath Wellness for 5 months and is grateful for the warm welcome. In her spare time, Natasha is an avid baker and loves spending time with family and friends.
