CenterPath Wellness offers a range of treatments with telehealth and on-site support options. These programs are designed to provide high-quality mental healthcare to all who seek it.

Individual Therapy

Personalized care where you need us. Whether through telehealth or in-person sessions, we help treat depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral and mood disorders, and trauma. We guide you in a diagnosis and establish a treatment plan for your path to wellness milestones.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Structured treatment option for individuals struggling with substance abuse, addictions, and mental health disorders, allowing participants to maintain their daily responsibilities.

Medication Management

Medication and Injection Management

Regularly scheduled visits (telehealth options may also be available) to monitor medication lists, dosages, benefits, and side effects related to your prescriptions or injections to ensure you’re stepping toward your wellness goals.

Partial Care

Supportive group therapy for those needing additional structure. We are dedicated to meeting clients where they are as they collaborate on individualized treatment goals.

Telehealth Availability

Telehealth options are available for Individual Therapy and certain Medication Management treatments. To check if your services are eligible for telehealth services, please contact us today.

Insurance and Payment Options

CenterPath Wellness services and therapy is covered by Medicaid and most private insurance plans. We also provide services to individuals without insurance. If you are currently uninsured, you may be eligible for state-paid services if you meet mandated state income criteria.
